Like scaled-down rubber from off of a classic street-legal Euro-scooter, this "street tread" uses radiating shallow grooves (or "sipes") that provide the necessary traction on the concrete sidewalk or the city park lawn, yet it is smooth enough to be a breeze to pedal, push, and control with minimal resistance.
