Our brake caliper for the Swagtron Swagger 5 Elite folding electric scooter can be used on either the front or the rear brake assembly. Brake calipers work on the wheel's rotor disc to ensure a smooth stop. Available with a black enamel finish, this replacement brake caliper is easy to install next to the wheel.

Caliper brakes are far more efficient than the drum & band brakes found on most smaller electric scooters. In addition, caliper brakes are less prone to overheating or damage during sudden stops.

Note: You will not need the mount for this caliper because the Swagtron Swagger 5 Elite has the mount already welded to the frame.
