Description
The motor and gearbox assembly for the Jazzy Select, Select 6, and Select 6 Ultra power chairs use the GC3 connector. These motors are made in a left side or a right side option and will include the axle key, the correct freewheel lever, and all of the mounting hardware.
Note A: These motors are serial number specific. They are only compatible with Jazzy Select chairs with serial numbers J9216110119C30 and after. If you are unsure about compatibility please call us prior to making an order on-line to verify the correct motor is being ordered.
If you have a Select or Select GT with serial numbers in the J8304406001C30 to J835810031JD0 range, then you will want the Drive Motor Assembly (CM808-075A/CM808-075B) for the Jazzy Select & Select GT.
Note B: If you need a replacement motor for a Rental Ready Jazzy Select 6 or Select 6 Ultra power chair, you will want the Motor & Gearbox Assembly for the Jazzy Select 6 & Select 6 Ultra (Rental Ready).

Yes, the motors are specific to the serial number. This number can be found on the back or bottom of the frame, start with the letter J, and contain 14 digits total. Please contact our Customer Service team with this serial number and we will confirm compatibility with the manufacturer.
