The front brake assembly for the Pride Mobility iRide (S25) scooter acts as an auxiliary braking system that may also be used as a parking brake. Unlike the electromechanical brakes used on larger mobility scooters, this handy unit sits above the front wheel and is similar in operation to the hand brakes on a manual wheelchair.

Note: This front brake is designed to compliment the standard disc brake. It is not intended as the scooter's primary braking system.
