How do you secure to a buzzaround xl
This Front Basket does not come with mounting hardware, but it secures to the front of the tiller assembly. You may need item G45-6789 in addition to the basket to mount it on the scooter. Here is the link:

This is a very sturdy basket with good depth. It's the OEM basket that comes new with the Buzzaround EX scooter and several others.
