Our 80cc 2-stroke bicycle engine is the same 2-stroke powerplant that we also sell as part of an all-in-one 80cc kit. Many customers have inquired about purchasing the engine alone and we have listened to you. This 2-stroke engine requires a 16:1 gas-to-oil mix when new. After a suitable "break-in" period of about 300 miles, you can switch over to a leaner 20:1 mixture.
Note: This is a component kit, and the unassembled engine will require some do-it-yourself mechanical ability. No ancillary parts such as fuel tank, muffler, carburetor, chain, sprocket, etc., are included. If you love a little DIY elbow grease then this unassembled 80cc engine is a superb bargain. If you need the whole assembly you may want to take a look at our 80cc 2-Stroke Bicycle Engine Kit.
Where does the oil go. The 10 - 40 w do you put it in the bottom end?
As 2-stroke engines use a gas/oil mixture, the oil goes in the gas tank along with the gas.
How do I get a full list of other accessory's to complete with your engine? Do you have kit with clutch, sprocket, kill switch, throttle, sprocket, carbetator, chain, and cables?
Yes, we carry this engine in a full kit. You can find our complete 80cc bicycle engine kit here: https://www.monsterscooterparts.com/80cc-2-stroke-bicycle-engine-kit.html
