The 42 volt charger for the Jetson® Bolt and Bolt Pro folding electric bicycles uses a coaxial (or "barrel") connector and has been optimized for use with Lithium-ion batteries.

For longer life of your scooter charger, please handle it carefully and store in a safe, dry location when not in use. As electric scooters are predominantly used outdoors, many times the delicate electronics of these types of electric scooter charger cannot withstand a drop on concrete or asphalt.

Note A: Lithium-ion batteries should always be charged with a Lithium-compatible battery charger such as this one for the Jetson® Bolt folding electric bicycle. Trying to charge Lithium batteries with a standard charger made for Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) batteries may damage the charger, the batteries, or both.
