Monster Scooter Parts has a pull start or starter pawl for all makes and models of gas scooters, go karts, and pocket bikes.

Note that the recoil pull starts used on gas scooters have similar outer casings. With the exception of the GS Moon pull start, which most of the time has "GS Moon" stamped on the casing, you will need to refer to the back side of your pull start prior to pull start replacement for comparison to the assemblies listed on this page.

Scooter pull starts are a common gas scooter part failure item. Use in dusty and dirty environments cause clogged engine air filters and fouled spark plugs. Add in poorly adjusted carburetors on most Chinese made gas scooters, and all of these conditions make for a difficult to start engine.
