This is a set of two 6902-2RS sealed power chair caster stem bearings. These are not the "wheel bearings" that mate the wheel hub to the axle shaft. This size is most often used to hold the fork or caster stem to the caster's arm weldment.
Check your existing bearings for the series number, which is usually etched into the side of the bearings.
