Do these parts come with the decals as well?
Unfortunately not, these fenders come in the plain colors as shown. We do not carry the sticker decals for the Razor scooters. You get to start with a blank canvas and add whatever you wish to these fender sets!
What modifications are necessary to fit to a mx650
All that would be needed would be drilling new mounting holes and at most a little trimming of the old mounting tabs. You will not need to do anything beyond that, so no heating and reshaping required. All modifications could easily be made with a small hand drill and hobby knife.
Any suggestions on deccals to fit?

Sadly we do not carry any decals for the body sets. Razor may be able to provide the decal sets if they are still available with them, or you can use whatever stickers you wish to customize the bike.
Will these fir the mx350?
While we have confirmed compatibility with the MX500 & MX650, we have not confirmed compatibility with the MX350. The panels may be too large to fit on an MX350, but if you'd like to try them, we do have a 60-day return policy for items in new/unused/undamaged condition!
Is this actually for a CRF50 or it is really made for a Razor MX650?
These body panels are universal and not designed for any one bike in particular. They are decently close to the Razor body panels but still require some light modification as noted within the description.
Does the front fender fit the mx350 correctly? Do you have to cut it out? Thanks
Unfortunately, we can only confirm that they are compatible with the MX500 and MX600. We recommend reviewing the description/specifications at the bottom of this item page to ensure that compatibility. Most parts are universal so as long as the specs match, it should work just fine. If it doesn't, you would have 60 days to return any unused items for a refund.

It's a VERY close match to the mx500 holes. Snipped a small amount of plastic tabs out of the way and put a couple of screws in. It did not lineup exactly with every hole, but very well and it lined up well enough to get the screw into part of the mount. One note, The rear left and rear right fender are not exactly symmetrical. As someone noted, this is for a crf 50 that has a tail pipe, so the rear right fender has a deeper bend to allow for the tail pipe to exhaust. Overall they worked very well for a kid's bike.
