Description

Here is a carburetor for all of those "Honda Style" 4-stroke air cooled gas engines. This is a PZ19 carburetor by KF (KunFu) Standard of Japan and is compatible with a variety of scooter, ATV, and dirt bike models, including the Honda Aero 50, Aero 80, Honda CRF50 dirt bikes, and Gyro scooters, and all of the Honda clone Chinese made dirt bike and scooters of these models. It is typically used on Honda style single cylinder engine sizes 50cc, 70cc, 90cc, and 110cc, but occasionally can be found on larger size engines.

But that's not all! Monster Scooter Parts gives you a choice of configurations for this carb. You can order it either with or without a 35mm Air Filter.

Do I need a PZ19 carburetor or a PZ22 carburetor?
If you are bewildered by the carburetor choices you are not alone. The PZ19 and PZ22 carbs are very similar; both carburetors sharing the same external physical dimensions, including a 48 mm mounting hole spacing. The only real difference is in the diameter of the engine-side intake; the PZ19 uses a 19 mm opening while the PZ22's engine-side measures a nominal 22 mm. Both carburetors can be used on engines from 50cc up to 125cc.

So which is right for your machine? In general, the PZ19 is more common on 50cc, 70cc, and 90cc engines as these require a bit less power than their larger cousins. The PZ22 is a better choice if your engine is in the 110cc to 125cc class simply because it takes a larger dose of the gas/air mix to run the larger engine at peak performance. Although the PZ22 provides a bit more power, it comes at the cost of greater fuel consumption.

I fit this carburetor to a Honda Ruckus and it works better than expected . Do you have a lowering kit for Honda Grom? ( without extending)
