This superb motor & brake assembly is used on both the 3-wheel and the 4-wheel version of Golden Technologies' 2nd generation Companion I and Companion II scooters (GC240, GC340, and GC440) VA units with ASI transaxles. It will not fit the earlier 1st generation Companion I & II models.

We also need the two screws that hold motor/brake assembly. If I order the motor/ brake assembly , would it be possible to get the screws?
Unfortunately, this assembly does not include the mounting hardware. We'd be happy to see if we can order the screws for you or find out what size they are so you can try to source them locally, we'd want to reference your scooter's serial number though to be 100% sure on compatibility. What is the length of the motor in inches?
This motor measures 8-3/4 inches in length, 4 inches in width, height 3-1/2 inches. I also wanted to provide the metal arm at the top of the Motor Assembly sticks out another 3 inches and the cable measures at 6 inches in length.

This was the wrong part. You cannot buy just the motor, you have to buy the whole transaxle unit to replace the motor.
I'm sorry to hear that this didn't work out for you. This Motor & Brake assembly is compatible with VA units only that have the ASI Transaxle.
