Generally speaking, usually when the scooter just goes dead it's something with the battery. With that being said we are a parts retailer only and are unable to provide a higher level of technical assistance. We would recommend having your battery load tested to see if it's putting out the 24 volts required to power your scooter. If it is, then there's another issue somewhere on the scooter that would have to be formally diagnosed by a technician. If the battery test indicates the batteries are not at full health, then that would likely be the cause of the issue and we'd recommend replacing the batteries.
