Note: This front axle bolt for Shoprider 6Runner 14 is not one of the axle bolts that hold the casters to their forks.

Questions

The original installed bolt has a rubber cap over the head of the bolt. Does this replacement bolt include the rubber cap, or must the cap be moved from the original bolt to the replacement bolt? If the rubber cap is not included, is it available separately for order? Thanks.
According to the manufacturer, this bolt does not include a rubber cap, but the caster fork itself does have a plastic dust cover/cap. The caster fork dust cover is item S08-1909 and can be found here:
