The Victory 9 (SC609/SC609PS/SC709) scooter is only slightly smaller than its stablemate, the mid-size Victory 10, yet it retains most of the features and benefits of its larger sibling. Pride's design philosophy was to reduce the Victory 10's heavy-duty weight and girth without sacrificing any of its best elements. The Pride Victory 9 scooter uses a lighter frame, but is no "lightweight" in either build-quality or usability.

The Pride Victory 9 (SC609/SC609PS/SC609V/SC709) mobility scooter is manufactured in both a 3-wheel and a 4-wheel configuration.
