This basket has two metal hooks that would attach to the tiller, very close to the outside edges of the dashboard console. It requires no additional hardware or tools to install. It is meant to clip directly on the handlebar of the Go-Go ES2 model.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not provided a weight-limit for this basket. We would recommend reviewing your owner's manual to see what the rated weight limit is for your scooter so you can know how much cargo you can carry in the basket. Be careful though - adding too much weight to the front of the scooter could cause stability issues if you're not currently seated on the scooter and providing a counter-weight.

If your KneeRover Go has a similar tiller assembly as shown in the photos, it should work just fine. This basket is made specifically for a Pride scooter but seems to be a standard basket that will work on any tiller that is similar. The physical dimensions are as below:
