This solid 24"x1-3/8" urethane wheelchair urethane inner tube can be used as a replacement for any 24"x1-3/8" standard pneumatic (air-filled) inner tube.
Please note that most wheelchairs do not use 2-piece split rims. This means mounting inserts require a little bit more effort and patience than mounting traditional pneumatic tubes and tires but the results are usually worth the accomplishment.

Absolutely a positive upgrade compared to a pneumatic tube. Any pneumatic tube is susceptible to leaks. We don't need a flat on our wheelchairs. This is an easy solution. I don't use my manual chair much but when I do I won't have to worry about flat tires now. Love it this item.
