This 2.80/2.50-4 rear wheel assembly for the Razor E300 is for versions 41 and up only. The rear wheel assembly includes the 2.80/2.50-4 tire, inner tube, rim, drive sprocket, and brake assembly.
Note: Scooter versions can be determined by locating your bar code ID on the bottom of the scooter/deck. The 7th and 8th digit in the series will tell you the version of your product: 01=version 1; 02=version 2; 09=version 9, and so on.

Does it come together as seen in the photos
It does. All you will need to do is inflate the tube to the proper pressure for your altitude.
What's the size of the wheel? And Can we change the sprocket to something that has 28 teeth?
This wheel is 9" in diameter. While it may be possible to swap the sprocket out, we are unable to advise on any modifications outside of OEM specifications for safety reasons. We would recommend performing independent research or reaching out to a local Razor repair center to inquire about that.
Do you know what's the pitch size of the sprocket?
This assembly has a 6.35 mm pitch.
