Twist Grip Throttle with 3 Wires

Three wire twist grip throttle compatible with Currie electric scooters (Schwinn, GT, Mongoose, IZIP) as well as the Minimoto ATV and Sport Racer (some models).

This universal 3 wire twist grip throttle is compatible with all scooters and electric products that use a variable speed throttle and a controller with a 3 wire throttle connector.

This hand throttle may have an optional fourth yellow wire and be marked as either 24V or 36V. This yellow wire is for the optional battery level meter and is not used in three wire throttle and controller applications. The three wire throttle configuration can be used on any voltage controller, including 18 volt, 24 volt, 36 volt, or 48 volt controllers.

Throttle Wire Color to Controller Wire Color (Description)

Red to Red (4.5 - 6.0 Volts Power)

Blue to Black (Ground)

Green to Green or Blue (Speed Signal)

Yellow to Yellow or not used (Optional Battery Level Indicator)
