Part solved problem. Part was delivered with the quickness. The original circuit breaker kept tripping. I read in a forum that if the circuit breaker keeps tripping and power chair isn't putting out any error codes then change circuit breaker. On Saturday (7/19/08) I literally stumbled across your parts store in Mechanicsville Maryland. I had been trying to acquire the batteries for my mom's Fold and Go 355 mobility chair since the beginning of May.

I had resolve myself to believing the manufacturer listed on the owner's manual that the resupply of batteries would not be available until early to mid September. Well, to make a long story short, I was in and out in less time required to open the case and replace the batteries, which took no time at all. I have been a resident of St. Mary's County since 1970 and who knew!. I want to say thanks Monster Scooter Parts and God bless your business and recommend that you start to advertise locally. My wife's mobility scooter needed new batteries a week before we left for a trip. I searched the internet for a good combination of battery compatibility, type, quality, ampere-hours, cost including delivery, and speed of delivery. After quite a bit of searching, Monster Scooter Parts offered a pair of AGM batteries at good price, specifically stating the batteries were correct for my make and model of scooter. The kicker was they offered US Priority Mail delivery at a fraction of the shipping cost of UPS. I didn't even know that was permitted. I tried it, it worked, and we were delighted the batteries arrived 3 hours before we had to depart. That was 6 days: ordered on Saturday, arrived on Friday, from Maryland to Los Angeles. So both Monster and the US Post Office exceeded my expectations.

On April 5th 2010 I contacted your Call Center looking for parts, I desperately need,for my older Mobility Scooter. First of all I was introduced to your AVR system,Automated Voice Response, it gave me the number of calls waiting before my turn, calls in "Q", which gave me hope of talking to a real person at some point. Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Within a short time a young lady, calling herself Katie, answered the phone and we began researching my problems and what I needed for parts. Then, because it was an older machine, I needed a serial# and Katie gave me a number of places to locate it. At this point she gave me her extention# so I wouldn't have to waste my time or another reps time doing what she had already done. The second call went to her voice mail and she returned the call in less than 10 min. With the correct serial# Katie found the right parts, discussed shipping, and today Friday the 9th I began receiving the parts.

Having managed a telephone repair call center for a number of years ,before retiring last year. I found it so refreshing to be able to understand the person answering the call, be product knowledgeable, as well as friendly and courteous, and really enjoying her work.
