Scooter Pull Start (33cc, 36cc, 40cc, 43cc, 49cc, 52cc)

Pull start (also known as recoil scooter pull start) that is compatible with most Chinese made gas scooters.

While the 49cc pull start is the most common application of this model pull starter, it is also compatible with engine sizes 33cc, 36cc, 43cc, 49cc, and 52cc.

The distance between bolt holes is 67 mm, and if your pull start fits those dimensions and looks like the one pictured, this is the scooter pull starter for your model.

Scooter pull starts are a common gas scooter part failure item as clogged engine air filters, fouled spark plugs, and poorly adjusted carburetors make the engine difficult to start. Maximize your scooter pull start life by keeping your engine in good working order.

This 49cc pull start has a black plastic casing which is common on all 2-stroke engine pull starters. Pull mechanism is spring loaded and includes a standard rope/cord.

Mounting screws are not included; you will need to re-use your existing hardware.
