Shipping rates are calculated at check-out based on current shipping rate tables, destination zip code, and order weight.
Monster Scooter Parts strives to get your order processed and to your door as quickly as possible. UPS Ground, UPS International, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, & USPS Priority Mail International orders typically ship from our facility within 1-2
business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) after the order is placed. However, orders typically enter the shipping process very quickly. Orders that are already in our warehouse shipping process cannot be canceled.
Longer order processing times may occur during busy times, especially during summer months. We cannot guarantee processing times unless special arrangements are agreed to in advance. Orders will be updated with tracking information when available.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders with a merchandise total greater than $150.00. The free shipping method is UPS Ground, and is limited to United States domestic shipping locations within the contiguous 48 states. Expedited shipping methods, including UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, & 3 Day Select, as well as international shipments, are not eligible for free shipping.
UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, & 3 Day Select
Orders must be received by 4:00 PM Eastern Time/1:00 PM Pacific Time for same-day shipping of UPS expedited shipping services (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, & 3 Day Select). Orders received after 4:00 PM ET will be considered received on the next business day.
Certain items may be eligible to be shipped out the same day if ordered by 6:00 PM ET (when using UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select). However, you must call us at 800-798-0325 to verify eligibility prior to ordering. Orders placed online after 4:00 PM ET will not ship until the next business day even if UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select are chosen as the shipping method.
These shipping options do not include Saturday service. Time guarantees include business days only (Monday - Friday excluding holidays). Please visit the
UPS website for a list of holidays observed by UPS.
UPS service guarantees do not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to inclement weather or other events.
USPS Priority Mail & UPS Ground USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground are typically the most cost-effective shipping methods for most items in our store when shipping within the U.S.
USPS First-Class Mail USPS First-Class Mail is restricted to packages with a total weight of 13 oz. or less. All orders over 13 oz. will receive a "shipping restriction" error message and will require that a different shipping method be chosen.
International ShippingInternational shipping methods may require that you pay customs and brokerage fees, duties, etc. at the time you receive your package before the package is released to you.
