Item X98-1087 is more for gas-powered 50cc units rather than electric units. We might have another option better suited to your specific scooter, however.

Would this fit a 5/8 inch dial shaft?
Unfortunately, it appears that this clutch assembly would not be compatible with a 5/8" drive shaft.
