The modern-styled Vespa ET2 was the last 50cc, 2-stroke Vespa model sold in North America. The 4-stroke ET4 was available with a 50 or 150 engine, and was superceded by the LX series.

An earlier Vespa with the ET name was the 125cc Primavera, also referred to as the ET3. Other than name, this older model shares little in common with the later ET2 and ET4.

All of these Vespa ET series scooters use a 100/80-10 front tire and a 120/70-10 rear tire. The 50cc engine scooters use a 12 volt, 4 amp battery. The 150 scooters require a 12 volt, 10 amp unit.
