Fork and caster wheel assembly includes black aluminum thick walled steel caster fork, steel stem, steel spacer, black zinc screw, black zinc nut, black zinc nylock jam nut, black zinc washers, black zinc steel spacer, black zinc nylock nut, 200x50 tire molded to the rim, and 608ZZ double shilded ball bearings.

This is the fork and caster wheel that mount on the right side of the articulating beam on the rear of your power chair.
