Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, you must send us a request using our Contact Form selecting "Returns (RMA Request)" from the subject drop-down list of the contact form.

All RMA requests must be received within 60 calendar days of the date you received your order. All returned packages must have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging or on the shipping label. Returns received without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.

RMA numbers are valid for 30 calendar days after issuance. You must return your item within 30 days after we issue your RMA number. Returns received more than 30 days after issuance of an RMA number will be refused.

We recommend you use a delivery service with tracking so that you may track your package's progress back to us. We also recommend you insure your package against shipping damage with your selected carrier.

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be in received in new, unused condition. In addition, returned items must not have been installed. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for used items or items that show signs of being installed on your scooter.

Returned items must be packaged properly and received at our warehouse undamaged. Please note that new packing material will need to be used for the return of heavy items such as batteries, electric motors, and gas engines. Re-using our packing material may not be adequate. Our packing material is designed for a one way shipment from our warehouse to the customer. Any approved return where the item is received broken or damaged due to poor packaging will be rejected.

Refunds are for the item purchase price (minus restocking fee) and will be made only to the payment method of the original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carrier Returns

All items returned to us by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.) due to customer refusal, incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout, or any other reason beyond our control will be credited for the purchase price minus 10% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at the time of checkout and we must re-ship the item, customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.

Return Processing

Returns are processed in the order in which they are received and you should expect to receive your return credit as soon as your return is processed. Processing times will vary based on the volume of incoming returns and can be as long as 3 weeks from the date your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items Sold "As-Is"

The items below are sold “as-is” without any expressed or implied warranty:

  • All Invacare seat assemblies, seat bases, and seat backs. These Invacare seating products are special ordered from Invacare and are not returnable.
  • Universal scooter speed and voltage controllers (control modules) found in our red Recreational Scooter Parts section are not returnable.
  • Street scooter gasoline engines found in our green Street Scooter Parts section are not returnable.
  • All 4-stroke Honda clone engines, including part numbers E05-500 and E05-501.


  • Used Items

    Under no circumstances do we accept returns of items that have been used or installed. Check your item for compatibility prior to installation and use. Returns that include items that show evidence that they have been installed or used in any manner will be rejected and no credit will be issued. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping of the used item back to the customer. Authorized returned electrical items such as mobility scooter joystick controllers and control modules may be tested for functionality before credits are issued.

    Electric Motor Kits

    Items within an electric motor kit that would be non-returnable if sold individually are NOT returnable. Items within an electric motor kit that would be returnable if sold individually are returnable.

    Recreational speed and voltage controllers included in motor kits are not returnable and are sold as-is. Unused and unaltered throttles and electric motors from motor kits will be subject to the standard store restocking fee and will be credited based on the current retail price of each item at the time of return.

    This provision does not apply to electric bike conversion kits, which are fully returnable and subject to our standard store return policy.
