To use our diagnostic service, you will first need to ship your Hoveround, Invacare, Jazzy, Jet, PG, Pride Mobility, Shoprider, or other manufacturer's item to us at the Colorado address below, along with a non-refundable diagnostic inspection service fee that includes the return shipping. Our technicians will first inspect and bench-test your unit to determine the precise problem. Next, our Customer Service Representative will contact you with the inspection results, your repair options, and pricing before proceeding.
Depending on the results of the initial diagnostic inspection, trained technicians will repair, rebuild, calibrate, test your unit, and return it to you functioning like new. Any necessary repairs to be done are not part of the initial diagnostic service, and will require additional payment.
Please note that the Monster Scooter Parts price as listed above is the non-refundable diagnostic fee. Monster Scooter Parts regrets that in the event where a unit cannot be rebuilt or repaired, the initial diagnostic fee cannot be refunded or returned. Any additional service and repair charges are not included in the initial diagnostic inspection price.
Rebuilt Electronics Warranty:
Rebuilt joysticks, controllers, or other rebuilt electronics have a 90 day warranty.
