Received the scooter 2nd hand without a charger. After receiving the charger, it didn't work. Finally after reviewing the user's manual which Pride Mobility graciously sent me, I discovered the voltage switch was slightly askew. After putting it in position, the scooter is now charging! It would have saved me a lot of frustration if it had been positioned properly or there had been instructions with the charger to do so.

I am sorry to hear the setting on the charger was slightly off. We do try and have these set at the 115V setting prior to shipping to avoid any problems. Please keep in mind you can always call us at 800-798-0325.
