Description
The red plastic hook and latch set for the GOTRAX Apex, Apex LE, Apex Pro, and Apex XL electric scooters are two parts that attach to one another when the handlebar stem is lowered down into its folded position. The hook screws onto the stem while the latch is part of the rear fender assembly.
