I purchased this from you a while ago. Today finally tried to put it on my Jazzy select elite purchased about 6 years ago and it is totally different and it is smaller. The other ones you sell do not have the bracket under it to switch from left to right controller. Do you have them or they no longer make them? Thank you very much.
We are sorry to hear that this armrest pad is different than the one you had on your unit originally. There might be another option compatible with your Jazzy unit, though. Please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-798-0325 to provide your Jazzy's serial number, and one of our friendly customer service representatives would be happy to assist you with finding a compatible replacement armrest pad.
Jazzy serial numbers can be found on the back or bottom of the frame, and should be a 14-digit number beginning with the letter J.

Will this fit jazzy elite hd?
