The M10-.1.50x60 mm hex head bolt (SCRHHCS1364) has numerous uses and is found on a number of Go-Go, Pride Mobility, and other scooter brands and models. Originally these bolts were black but are now zinc-plated for corrosion resistance.

This hex bolt is most commonly found holding a mobility scooter's tiller block or knuckle together. If your scooter is on the Compatibility tab, then this is the tiller fastener that you want. It may also be used as the seat post retaining bolt on Jet brand power chairs.
