Minimoto Maxii & Motocross XRF500 Controller & Throttle Bundle

Replacement 36 volt 500 watt controller and standard three wire hand throttle for the Minimoto Motocross XRF500 and the Minimoto Maxii.

Several versions of Minimoto XRF500 controllers are not compatible with the standard 3-wire hand throttle. To replace the hand throttle on the XRF500, replacement parts of both the 36 volt controller and hand throttle are required.

Controller connections as follows:

Black & Red Wires
Battery wiring. Cut and splice to your existing controller battery connector or hard wire to your bike’s wiring. Black to Black, Red to Red.

Blue & White Wires
Motor wiring. Cut and splice to your existing controller motor connector or hard wire to your bike’s wiring. Blue to Blue, White to Red.

Charge Connector
Battery charger connector, same as OEM connector. Connect to your bike’s “charge” connector.

Lock Connector
Key switch connector, same as OEM connector. Connect to your bike’s “lock” connector.

Derailleur Connector
Hand throttle connector, 3-wire. Plug your 3-wire hand throttle wires into the three prongs on this connector. Black to Black, Red to Red, Blue to the third wire on your hand throttle.

Brake Connector
Brake connector, same as OEM connector. Connect your bike’s brake wires to this connector. Black to Black, Yellow to Red.
