Questions

I have led lights missing on indicator, by throttle on my Gogo cart
The LEDs are not sold individually, if one has gone out you would replace the whole meter since the LEDs are pre-installed into the meter.
The batt meter displays lights left to right as follows: red, yellow, yellow, green. the remaining 4 do not light when full charge. Is the meter bad? Are the dimensions of the 18ah and the 22ah batteries the same? Currently I have MK ES-17-12 (12V 18AH/20HR) battery pack. battery dimensions are 7.1 X 3 X 6.6 inches each for my GO GO Elite Mobility scooter. Will your batteries fit in my case?
If some of the lights on your battery meter remain unlit, there could be an issue with the meter itself, with the batteries, or possibly with the wiring/elsewhere on the scooter.

To rule out the batteries, we'd recommend bringing them to an auto-parts store such as Autozone, Walmart Automotive Center, or Batteries Plus and requesting a Load Test. The Load Test should be a free service, so feel free to go elsewhere if they try to charge you. You'd be looking for a result of over 70% to indicate the batteries are healthy. Anything less than that would indicate the batteries are no longer healthy and could be having trouble maintaining their voltage, which could cause an incomplete battery reading on the meter. We'd recommend replacing the batteries in your scooter if they test below 70%.

If the batteries test at over 70%, then that would indicate the issue lies within the meter itself or elsewhere on the scooter. You could try replacing the battery meter to see if that resolves the issue, we have a 60-day return policy for items in new/unused/undamaged condition if it does not resolve the issue.

If you replace the batteries and/or the battery meter and still find it not lighting up properly, there could be an issue elsewhere on the unit which would need to be formally diagnosed by a technician.

Regarding the 18Ah & 22Ah batteries - they will be the same physical size as each other, so a 22Ah battery pack would still fit in the same space as an 18Ah battery pack. Each battery measures:

Length: 7.13"

Width: 2.99"

Height: 6.57"
I need to replace the led battery meter on my Pride go go elite traveler. How do I remove it from the scooter? Thanks
It looks like you will need to remove the bottom portion of the console, then there will be 2 screws holding the LED meter in place. You should only need to unscrew those screws, remove the old LED meter, put the new one in, and re-install the screws and bottom portion of the console. If you have any trouble or need additional assistance, we'd recommend reaching out to Pride directly at 1-800-800-8586.

The company's professional. My battery guage for my Pride Go-Go mobility scooter came in a nice neat and safely packed box and works perfectly. I was quoted a price of $150 to basically remove 6 screws so I'm very glad I was able to do it for under fifty bucks myself because thank God, although they're numb, my hands can still work! So I highly recommend this company and for everyone to try doing it themselves or having a friend help instead of getting ripped off by a a place that has a storefront that they have to pay for and employees too. IF at all Possible, DIY!
