This is the digital upper console/throttle assembly for the PaceSaver mobility scooters made from 1998 until 2003.

Note: Due to the way PaceSaver tillers are configured, this throttle and console unit may require some assembly by the user. The console housing is first installed on the tiller, then the top console shroud is attach. Finally the control's metal face-plate is screwed down onto the tiller's top console shroud. This may sound complicated, but in reality it is a quick process.
