Alternatively, you could use this motor with any scooter if you replace the existing non 3-pin throttle with the 3-pin throttle. The 3-pin throttle can be found here:

Note: This scooter motor is supplied with a roller clutch sprocket. The motor as delivered with the roller clutch sprocket cannot be used mounted in reverse in a dual motor configuration. The sprocket will need to be changed. At this time this roller clutch sprocket is the only sprocket Monster Scooter Parts has available for this 600 watt electric scooter motor.
